Churros Filled with Chocolate

The perfect churros filled with chocolate recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 50 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 250 ml Water
  • 130 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla flavor
  • 4 Pc. Eggs
  • 90 g Chocolate chips
  • 250 ml Oil
  • Cinnamon sugar
  1. Put the butter, sugar, salt and water in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. Stir the flour into the boiling mixture.
  3. Keep stirring until a firm, brown dough forms.
  4. Gradually work the vanilla aroma and the eggs into the mixture.
  5. Let the mixture cool down for 5 minutes and place in a piping bag.
  6. On a baking sheet, spray 6 rings, place the chocolate pieces in the middle of the dough sausages and put the rest of the dough back on top as rings.
  7. Place the donuts in the freezer for 3 hours.
  8. Heat the oil to 175 degrees, bake the churros until crispy brown and then turn them in the cinnamon sugar.
