Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 ciabatta
  • olive oil
  • Salt, e.g. Himalayan salt
  • garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

First, slice the ciabatta and toast it in the toaster until golden brown. Then, drizzle the toasted slices with olive oil. Sprinkle the slices with salt; freshly ground salt is recommended. For a more refined taste, try Himalayan salt. Finally, sprinkle the whole thing with garlic powder. Important: Do not use fresh garlic here to avoid unpleasant bad breath the next day.
