Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 1 can of tuna in oil
  • 1 ciabatta, approx. 200 g
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 50 g salad mayonnaise
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, pressed
  • 3 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 40 g black olives, pitted, sliced
  • ½ pack of Gouda (e.g. medieval), grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 42 minutes

Slice the egg. Drain the tuna. Halve the ciabatta lengthwise and cut each half into 4 triangles. Mix the crème fraîche with mayonnaise and garlic and spread it on the ciabatta triangles. Cut the tomatoes into eighths and slice the onion very thinly. Top the ciabatta with tuna, egg slices, tomatoes, onions, and olives. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10-12 minutes.
