Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 12 slices of toast
- 1 onion(s)
- 200 g ham, raw or cooked
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 150 g sour cream
- 100 g cheese, grated
- Fondor
- pepper
- 50 g cheese, grated
- n. B. chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Mix the topping ingredients together and spread on the toast slices. Sprinkle with 50g of cheese and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Serve sprinkled with chives.
