  • 2 ciabatta, for baking
  • 200 g bacon
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 1 pot of basil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 80 ml olive oil
  • Salt
  • Lemon pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bake the bread according to the instructions. Do not turn off the oven, as the bread will be baked. Crush the garlic and mix it with the oil. Drizzle the sliced ​​bread with the oil. Distribute the bacon and tomatoes on the bread. Season with salt and pepper. Top with basil leaves. Slice the mozzarella and distribute it on the bread. Bake the bread on the middle rack for about 10-12 minutes. The bread tastes best warm.
