Ingredients
- 700 g Flour
- 375 g Butter
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp Cinammon
- 300 g Sugar
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 1 Lemon
- 7 Big apples
- 3 Eggs
- 250 g Powdered sugar
- 4 tbsp Warm water
Instructions
- Using the flour, soft butter, eggs, sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 150 g of sugar, baking powder and the peel of the lemon, knead a smooth, good dough.
- Then wrap in foil and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Peel the apples and grate them roughly. Add the lemon juice and cook for about 10-15 minutes. Add the remaining 150 grams of sugar and the cinnamon, stir well and let cool.
- Divide the dough into two equal halves and roll out (about 1/2 cm thick).
- Grease the tray and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place the dough on the baking sheet. Sprinkle the dough again with some breadcrumbs.
- Spread the apples over the dough and place the second rolled out dough over the apples. Bribe everywhere with one cable.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° and bake the cake at the same temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and 4 tablespoons of warm water into a liquid glaze and brush the cake with a brush.
