Mel’s Sunken Apple Pie with Cinnamon

- 125 g Butter
- 125 g Sugar
- 3 Pc. Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 150 g Wheat flour
- 50 g Strength
- 2 teaspoon Baking powder
- Ground cinnamon
- Sugar
- 3 size Apple Breaburn
- Mix the butter and sugar until frothy.
- Add the eggs and lemon juice.
- Gradually add the flour mixed with baking powder and starch.
- Put the batter in a springform pan.
