Cinnamon Cookies
The perfect cinnamon cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the dough:
- 200 g Butter
- 150 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 3 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Eggs
- 250 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 100 g Ground almonds
To sprinkle:
- 100 g Butter
- 100 g Sugar
- 100 g Cinnamon
For the dough:
- Stir the butter until creamy.
- Add sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon and stir.
- Add the eggs and stir in.
- Mix the flour and baking powder, sieve, add and stir.
- Add the almonds and stir in.
- Shape the dough into small balls and flatten them. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
To sprinkle:
- Melt some butter and spread it on the cooled cookies.
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top.
