Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g semolina
- 150 g flour
- 50 g sugar
- 40 g hazelnuts, ground
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and cinnamon
- 4 tbsp milk
- 200 g butter
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- Jam (orange)
- Sugar (orange sugar)
- Hazelnuts, halved

makes about 40 pieces
Combine semolina, flour, baking powder, sugar, hazelnuts, salt, and cinnamon. Add milk and the butter cut into small pieces (or lukewarm/softened). Knead everything into a dough and chill for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface, cut or cut out small triangles, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes. Make sure they don’t overcook. Heat the orange marmalade and spread it over the cookies. Roll the edges in orange sugar and place half a hazelnut on each one.
