Cinnamon Curd Balls

- 500 g Quark
- 100 g Margarine
- 100 g Sugar
- 6 Eggs
- 2 packet Baking powder
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
- 1 kg Vegetable fat
- Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- First heat the fat in a large saucepan. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and set aside. Prepare kitchen paper in a shallow bowl to drain.
- Mix flour with baking powder. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, quark, cinnamon and margarine and mix everything well with a hand mixer.
- Cut the dough with 2 teaspoons and place in the hot fat. Bake brown on both sides. Take the dan out with a slotted spoon and let it drain on kitchen paper. Roll the balls in the cinnamon sugar.
