Cinnamon Curd Balls

  • 500 g Quark
  • 100 g Margarine
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 packet Baking powder
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
  • 1 kg Vegetable fat
  • Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  1. First heat the fat in a large saucepan. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and set aside. Prepare kitchen paper in a shallow bowl to drain.
  2. Mix flour with baking powder. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, quark, cinnamon and margarine and mix everything well with a hand mixer.
  3. Cut the dough with 2 teaspoons and place in the hot fat. Bake brown on both sides. Take the dan out with a slotted spoon and let it drain on kitchen paper. Roll the balls in the cinnamon sugar.
