Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section (roll)
  • 50 g butter
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes

Melt the butter in a small saucepan and let it cool slightly. Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Unroll the puff pastry and brush with the melted butter. Set aside 1 tablespoon of the cinnamon mixture and spread the rest over the puff pastry, then roll it up. Cut the pastry roll into approximately 25 pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Beat the egg and brush it over the snails. Finally, sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar on top and bake the snails at 200°C for approximately 12 minutes. Allow to cool thoroughly before serving.
