Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • some flour, for dusting
  • ½ pack of powdered sugar
  • some lemon juice
  • some water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Mix flour with dry yeast. Add the remaining dough ingredients in the order in which they are added and knead. Let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Dust with flour. Form the dough into about 20 small balls. Cut several times with scissors. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 to 30 minutes. Let cool thoroughly. Mix the powdered sugar with cinnamon. Stir in enough water and lemon juice to create a spreadable glaze. Spread over the rolls.
