Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 7 g yeast (dry yeast)
- ½ tsp sugar
- 125 ml water, warm
- 450 g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 150 ml milk, warm
- 50 g butter, melted
- 100g Nutella
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Mix yeast, sugar, and water and let stand for 10 minutes. Sift flour and salt. Stir in milk, butter, and yeast mixture and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. Knead and roll out into a 20x25cm rectangle. Spread with Nutella, leaving a 1cm border, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll up from the short side. Place in a greased loaf pan, cover, and let rise for 40 minutes. Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake for a further 25 minutes. Best enjoyed while still warm.
