Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 225 g flour
- 2 ½ tsp baking powder
- 100 g butter, in small pieces
- 75 g sugar
- 125 g date(s), pitted and chopped
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Grease a 20-25 cm loaf pan and line it with baking paper. Combine the flour and baking powder in a bowl and work in the butter with your fingers until crumbly. Add the sugar, dates, bananas, honey, and eggs and mix until a smooth batter forms. Pour into the pan and bake at 160°C (preheated oven, top/bottom heat) for about 1 hour. Let cool in the pan.
