Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g almond(s), grated
- 70 g brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp cream or condensed milk
- 25 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp cream or condensed milk

Knead the almonds, sugar, cinnamon, egg yolk, and cream into a smooth dough. Let it rest at room temperature for 4-5 hours. Use ground almonds or sugar instead of flour for rolling out the dough. Roll out the dough and cut out stars of any size. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 10-12 minutes. Let cool. Make a glaze from the powdered sugar and cream and cover the tops of the cinnamon stars with it.
