Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 60 g flour
- vanilla sugar
- 100 ml milk
- 100 g butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 banana(s)
- e.g. maple syrup or honey

Pancakes with cinnamon swirls
First, separate the two eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Then, mix the egg yolks with a little flour, vanilla sugar, milk, and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder. Then, gently fold in the egg whites to make the batter really fluffy. Now, mix 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of sugar in a separate bowl. When you’re frying the pancakes, use the sugar, butter, and cinnamon mixture to make large snail-shaped patterns on the pancakes, then flip them. This caramelizes the sugar and preserves the cinnamon flavor. Top with a few banana slices and maple syrup or honey.
