- 200 g low-fat curd cheese
- 50 g oat flakes, fine
- 50 g hemp flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 banana(s)
- 35 g protein powder
- e.g. olive oil or similar

First, combine the low-fat quark and eggs in a bowl and whisk with a hand mixer. Then add all the remaining ingredients (except the bananas and oil) and mix well. Slice the banana and mix it with the batter using a spoon. Add a little oil to a pan, heat it, and cook the batter into pancakes. Fry for about 2 minutes on each side.
