Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 250 g flour
- 4 tsp, heaped cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 100 ml mineral water
- 6 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- some lemon peel (zest)
- Fat for the molds

First, melt the butter. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl and stir in the melted butter. Then add the mineral water and stir briefly again. Grease small baking molds, pour in the batter, and let it rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 170°C. Bake the tarts for about 15-20 minutes and let them cool. For the garnish, sift the icing sugar and mix it with the lemon juice until thick. Spoon over the tarts and sprinkle with lemon zest.
