Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 130 g butter
  • 60 g powdered sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 130 ml buttermilk
  • cream
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with buttermilk

Cream softened butter with eggs and sugar until fluffy, then stir in the flour, cinnamon, salt, and buttermilk. Brush the waffle iron with melted butter and heat it (I use speed 4 out of 5). Pour a scoop of batter into the center, cover, and bake. Serve with cinnamon whipped cream.
