Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 65 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 10 g cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp rum
  • 250 g flour
  • Fat for the waffle iron
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then add the eggs. Fold in the nuts, cinnamon, and rum. Finally, add the flour and mix everything into a firm batter. Heat up the waffle iron, grease it, and bake the waffles. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
