Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g grapefruit(s), peeled and freed from the white pith
  • 300 g orange(s), peeled and white pith removed
  • 300 g mandarin orange(s), peeled and freed from the white pith
  • 1 kg gelling sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely chop the fruit flesh and place it in a saucepan. Stir the gelling sugar and cinnamon into the fruit. Bring everything to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Boil gently for at least 3 minutes, stirring constantly (test for gelling). Then remove from the heat, skimming off the foam if necessary. Immediately pour into prepared jars and seal tightly. Then turn upside down and let stand with the lid on for a few minutes.
