Ingredients
- 2 Oranges fresh
- 1 Fresh blood orange
- 0,5 Grapefruit pink
- 0,5 Pomelo
- 0,5 Fresh lime
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sunflower oil
- Chopped basil
Instructions
- Peel the citrus fruits including the white skin. Cut out the fillets. Possibly cut smaller. Collect the juice, squeeze out the rest.
- Mix in a bowl with sugar, salt and oil. Let something go.
- Mix the basil with the fruit before serving.
