Citrus Salad

The perfect citrus salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Oranges fresh
  • 1 Fresh blood orange
  • 0,5 Grapefruit pink
  • 0,5 Pomelo
  • 0,5 Fresh lime
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sunflower oil
  • Chopped basil
  1. Peel the citrus fruits including the white skin. Cut out the fillets. Possibly cut smaller. Collect the juice, squeeze out the rest.
  2. Mix in a bowl with sugar, salt and oil. Let something go.
  3. Mix the basil with the fruit before serving.
