Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g Mett, Thuringian
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bowl of mushrooms or 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 pack of gravy
  • ¼ liter of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and dice the onion, trim and slice the mushrooms. Brown the Thuringian sausage in hot oil, adding the onions a little later so they don’t overcook, then fry everything until crisp. Add the mushrooms and fry briefly. Pour in 1/4 liter of water and stir in the gravy, then simmer for 15 minutes. This goes best with mashed potatoes. If using canned mushrooms, add the mushroom liquid; then you’ll only need 1/2 cup of water.
