Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, half and half
- 500 g pasta
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2 packs of gravy, dark
- 250 g mushrooms, fresh
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 dash of ketchup
- 1 shot of red wine
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- Garlic
- Aromat
- Basil and thyme, dried
- some parsley
- oil

Peel and dice the onions, trim the mushrooms, remove the stems, and quarter or halve the mushrooms depending on their size. Cook the pasta until al dente. Meanwhile, fry the onions and mushrooms in a little oil, add the ground beef, and cook until it is gray and crumbly. Stir the gravy into 500 ml of water, pour it over the ground beef, add the cream, wine, and ketchup, bring everything to a boil, and simmer briefly. Season with the spices and cook for a few more minutes. When the pasta is done, drain it in a colander, let it drain, and serve with the ground beef sauce. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with a fresh green salad.
