Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 onions, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 kg mussel(s) (clams)
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch parsley, flat, chopped
- 1 jar white wine, dry
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the mussels thoroughly several times. Heat the oil, soften the onions and garlic, and add the mussels. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in the wine and steam the mussels in a covered pan for about 15 minutes, until all the mussels have opened. Stir in the parsley and serve.
