Classic Acaí Bowl

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g acai puree, frozen
  • 80 ml coconut milk
  • 1 banana(s), frozen
  • 1 handful of blueberries, frozen
  • 1 banana(s), fresh
  • 1 handful of berries, fresh
  • some muesli or granola
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup (optional)

Superfood Bowl, vegan and refreshing, perfect for summer

Briefly run the frozen acai packets under water, carefully cut them in half with a knife, and empty the contents into a blender. Add the banana (preferably frozen overnight), coconut milk, and a handful of frozen blueberries to the blender. Blend the contents at high speed for a few minutes until a creamy consistency is reached. The rule of thumb is: the faster and longer you blend, the creamier the blend will be! Season the puree to taste and sweeten with a little agave syrup if desired. Empty the contents into a bowl, garnish with the toppings, and serve. Possible toppings include fresh banana, fresh berries, peanut butter, and granola. Enjoy your acai bowl immediately.
