Classic cucumber salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s), finely sliced
  • 6 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 8 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Dill tips

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Add the finely chopped onion and crushed garlic clove to the vinegar. Dissolve salt, pepper, and sugar to taste. Add the oil, dill tips, and finely grated cucumber, and mix well.
