Classic potato salad

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 350 g meat sausage
  • 1 jar cucumber(s), sour
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 jar mayonnaise
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 1 cup(s) cucumber juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Cook the potatoes in the pressure cooker as if they were boiled potatoes. Meanwhile, dice the cucumber, onion, and sausage into small cubes. Let the boiled potatoes cool, peel them, and slice them. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise. Stir well, then add a cup of the cucumber juice.
