Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 banana(s), ripe
- 4 servings of fruit, different varieties to taste
- 6 tbsp chia seeds
- n. B. water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 7 hours; Total time approx. 7 hours 10 minutes
no added sugar
Chop all the fruit into small pieces and puree. Add the chia seeds and water, if desired. Chill the pudding for 7 hours, after which it should have a pudding-like consistency.
