Cloud bread, low calorie, quick, vegetarian, clean, bread and roll substitute
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and then beat the egg whites with the baking powder until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the quark and cream cheese, adding salt or other seasonings to taste. Then fold in the stiff peaks form until a smooth, fluffy mixture forms. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, forming 2-3 flatbreads. Sprinkle the flatbreads with seeds or rosemary, if desired. Bake the dough in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 10 minutes. Allow the flatbreads to cool slightly before removing them from the oven, otherwise they will stick. The rolls contain approximately 160 kcal per serving.
