Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • salt and pepper
  • 20 g butter
  • 4 slices of bacon (breakfast bacon)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 slices of toast
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs, fried eggs (both sides)
  • Iceberg lettuce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Melt the butter and sear the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side. Remove and let cool slightly. Fry the bacon slices in a pan until crispy. Cut the iceberg lettuce into wide strips and the tomatoes into thin slices. Fry the fried eggs on both sides. Cut the chicken breasts diagonally into thin slices. Spread two slices of toasted bread thinly with mayonnaise and top with lettuce, tomato slices, chicken slices, and bacon. Cover with another slice of bread spread with mayonnaise and serve immediately.
