Coal Casserole with Hack

The perfect coal casserole with hack recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 0,5 Fresh white cabbage
  • 200 g Grated cheese
  • 1 Can Pizza tomatoes canned
  • 1 piece Onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 1 a cup Cream
  • 1 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 500 g Pasta
  • 1 pinch Chili
  • 2 toes Fresh garlic
  • 1 packet Bacon streaked diced
  1. Boil the pasta in salted water a little less than firm to the bite.
  2. Cut white cabbage into pieces and fry in a pan. Fry the bacon. Grease a baking dish well,
  3. Fry the minced meat well, add the onion and mix with the cabbage in a casserole dish. Add the cooked noodles and mix in.
  4. Season well in the baking dish with salt and pepper, chilli and garlic.
  5. Mix the eggs and cream together, season a little more with salt and pepper, and pour the cabbage mixture over the mince, noodle.
  6. Scatter the grated cheese over it and bake in the preheated oven at 180C fan-assisted air for 30 minutes until a golden-brown crust is formed.
