Hack Rice Casserole

The perfect hack rice casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 Fresh onion
  • Fat for frying
  • 200 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • Pepper and salt
  • 150 Milliliters Meatsoup
  • 200 g Sieved tomatos
  • 100 g Long grain rice
  • 100 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 100 g Grated cheese
  • Pepper and salt
  1. Peel and finely dice the onion. Simmer in hot fat until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Oregano with it. Season well with pepper and salt.
  2. Pour in the stock, add the tomato puree. Mix everything together .. Add the rice and let it swell a little.
  3. Grease a baking dish. Put the whole thing in the baking dish and bake covered in the oven at 175 degrees for 15 minutes.
  4. Mix the crème fraîche with the cheese, season with salt and pepper. Spread on the casserole. Bake for another 15 minutes, without covering, until the cheese is golden yellow.
