Coarse stracciatella banana ice cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 ml whipped cream
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 50 g chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 10 minutes

Whip the cream until semi-stiff (creamy). Mix with the sugar and vanilla paste. Chop and knead the bananas, then stir them into the creamy cream along with the chocolate shavings. Pour the mixture into 12 ice cream molds and freeze for at least 6 hours. Remove the molds from the freezer and detach the popsicles in hot water. Remove from the molds and enjoy.
