- 1 part/s Blue Curaçao
- 1 part Pernod, or Ouzo, or Raki
- 3 parts sparkling wine, Spanish, semi-dry, e.g. Freixenet
Instructions
Working time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 4 minutes
Pour well-chilled Blue Curaçao and Pernod into a champagne glass. Top with chilled sparkling wine.
