Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • ½ tsp salt

delicious spread or dip

Dice the radishes and cut the chives into short rolls. Place the cream cheese in a bowl and mix with the prepared ingredients and salt using a fork. Let it stand in the refrigerator for about 3 hours before serving for even better flavor. If you save 2 or 3 radishes and a few chives, you can decorate the cream cheese beautifully when serving. Serve with fresh baguette or with crackers and vegetable sticks. Tip: In winter, when chives aren’t growing, you can use Andean garlic instead—the subtle garlicky note (which you won’t even notice afterward) makes for a very tasty variation.
