Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 ml Pisco
- 20 ml syrup (sugar cane syrup)
- some ice cubes
- 120 ml ginger ale
- 2 drops of Angostura or Amargo Chuncho
- ½ lime(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Peruvian refreshing
Squeeze the lime and pour the juice into a cocktail shaker. Add the pisco, sugar cane syrup, and a few ice cubes, shake briefly, and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with the ginger ale, add 2-3 drops of bitters, and stir with a straw.
