Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 cl rum (Havana Club, 3 years or Anejo Reserva)
  • ½ tsp white cane sugar, very fine
  • ½ lime(s), if there is little juice, use a whole one
  • mineral water
  • Mint, sprigs
  • Ice in pieces

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Combine sugar and soda water in a cocktail glass. Quarter a lime, squeeze the juice over the glass, and add the lime segments. Squeeze the lime again in the glass with a wooden muddler. Stir well. Add a few mint sprigs and crush the stems with a wooden spoon, taking care not to damage the leaves. Fill the glass with roughly crushed ice cubes. Add the Havana and a little soda water and stir well. Serve with a straw. Very refreshing!
