Pisco Sour

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 cl Pisco (from Peru, not Chile)
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cl lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 cl sugar syrup
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 3 dashes of Angostura

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

simple – according to Peruvian school

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a shaker and blend for 7-10 seconds. Alternatively, combine these ingredients in a blender or Thermomix (COLD!) and blend on full power for 10 seconds. Serve the drink in a glass (approx. 100-150 ml) and add 3 dashes of Angostura. Angostura balances the acidity of the limes slightly, so use only lime juice!
