Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 cl rum (Havana Club, 3 or 7 years)
  • 1 lime(s)
  • 1 cl lime juice
  • 1 cl syrup (sugar syrup)
  • 1 cl syrup (almond syrup)
  • 2 cl Cointreau
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Half-fill a glass (preferably a Havana cocktail glass) with roughly crushed ice cubes. Quarter the lime, squeeze it over the glass, and add the lime pieces. Shake the remaining ingredients vigorously with ice cubes in a shaker, then strain into the glass and stir. Garnish with pineapple, cocktail cherries, and a mint sprig, if desired. Serve with a straw.
