Cocktail with Coffee – Three Delicious Recipes

1. Recipe: “Café Royal” coffee cocktail

Serve the “Café Royal” cocktail in proper style in a champagne glass.

• Ingredients for 1 glass: 1 cl coffee liqueur, 1 cl rum, chilled dry sparkling wine, ice cubes

• Ingredients for 1 glass: 5 cl Jamaica rum, 2 cl coffee liqueur, 2 cl lemon juice, 2 cl grapefruit juice, 1 cl sugar syrup or agave syrup, ice cubes
• Preparation: Mix all the ingredients except the coffee liqueur in a shaker. Pour the liquid into a glass along with the ice cubes. Finally, add the coffee liqueur. Give the cocktail a quick stir and then serve immediately.
