Cocoa cake

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup(s) milk or natural yogurt
  • 1 cup(s) oil
  • 1 cup(s) cocoa powder (real, unsweetened!)
  • 1 ½ cup(s) flour, approx.
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

extra chocolatey and very moist

Preheat the oven to 180°C (conventional) and bottom heat. Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy, at least twice as thick as the initial mixture. Stir in the milk or yogurt and oil. Gradually mix in the cocoa powder. Finally, add enough flour (including baking powder) to form a creamy batter. Pour the batter into a greased and floured springform pan (26 cm diameter) and bake on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 150°C and bake for a further 10-15 minutes. Remove from the pan, loosen, and leave to cool on the bottom of the cake pan (not on a wire rack, otherwise it won’t be as moist!).
