warm as a sweet starter soup or cold as a dessert, that’s how my grandmother loved it
Bring the milk and sugar to a boil. In the meantime, mix the condensed milk with the custard powder. If using cream pudding, add a little cocoa powder. Pour into the boiling milk, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil, don’t forget to stir. Finally, stir in the cherries, and you’re ready to enjoy the cocoa cherries as a warm soup or, cooled, as a dessert.
