Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar (spirit vinegar)
- 4 tbsp natural yogurt
- 3 tbsp water, cold
- 2 pinches of black pepper
- 2 pinches of chili powder
- ½ tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp caraway powder
- ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
- 2 tbsp Maggi
- 1 tsp sweetener, liquid
- 1 tbsp herbs (salad herbs), dried
- 1 tbsp spice mix (Cafè de Paris)
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add salad toppings as desired and enjoy.
