Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 200 ml oil
- 220 g flour
- 80 g cornstarch
- 10 g baking powder
- 250 ml cocoa (strong and cold)
- 100 g chocolate, grated
- 20 g cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp rum
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Whisk the eggs and sugar until thick and foamy, add the oil and whisk again vigorously. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour the batter into a prepared Bundt pan and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 40-45 minutes (test with a toothpick). Once cooled, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar or glaze it with a glaze.
