Ingredients for 40 servings:

  • 250 g margarine
  • 140 g powdered sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg(s), including the yolk
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • some milk
  • Cake icing, cocoa
  • Jam (apricot jam with a dash of rum)

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Mix all ingredients, including milk, into a smooth batter. Drop small heaps onto a baking sheet with a teaspoon (they will spread slightly). Bake for 10 minutes at approximately 180°C. Mix the jam with a dash of rum until smooth and place it on two cooled cookies. Finally, soften the cocoa glaze (or simply use regular chocolate with a little coconut oil) and dip half of the cookies in it.
