Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter or margarine, soft
- 60 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 150 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 2 tbsp coffee, brewed, strong, already cooled

Cream the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Then add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape the mixture into balls of any size and then roll them in cocoa powder. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Variation: Since this is such a simple recipe, replace the sugar with a healthier alternative and/or add other ingredients, such as ground nuts or perhaps even chopped dried fruit. As long as the mixture sticks well when formed, it should work. Tip: Roll the balls in coconut flakes or ground nuts.
