Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml milk (regardless of whether it is low-fat or full-fat)
- 50 ml milk, ice-cold, preferably high in fat
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
Instructions

Pour 200 ml of milk into a glass and add 2-3 spoons of cocoa. Place the glass in the microwave and set the time for one minute. Don’t press start yet! Now pour the approximately 50 ml of ice-cold (!) milk into a mixing bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar. Start the microwave. Meanwhile, stir the ice-cold milk vigorously, e.g., with a food processor. Pour the milk foam onto the finished cocoa. Tips: Do not microwave the milk for much longer than one minute, as otherwise a skin will form on top of the milk. Under no circumstances should you add cocoa to cold milk (which is needed for the foam), as the powder will destroy the structure of the foam and prevent it from being properly frothed.
