Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 egg whites
  • 90 g powdered sugar
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 65 g almond(s), ground
  • 30 g almond(s), sliced
  • 30 g chocolate (chocolate chips)
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat the egg whites until stiff. Gradually fold in the powdered sugar and mix well. Stir in the desiccated coconut, almonds, and chocolate chips. Scoop out teaspoonfuls of the mixture and place them generously on a greased baking sheet. Bake the macarons in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10-12 minutes until lightly golden brown. Then let them cool on the baking sheet for about 2-3 minutes.
