Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g raisins
  • some milk
  • 120 g oat flakes
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Desiccated coconut as needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Soak the raisins in a little milk. Add the oats and vanilla sugar, stir, and let it rest for about an hour until a dough forms. Form small balls and roll them in desiccated coconut.
